Use Cases

Ten ways to use WakeTrades for copy trading on Hyperliquid — top traders, your own accounts, Telegram alerts, stock perps, signal groups, AI agents and their real-time rules, and soon other DEXs and funding across DEXs.

Use case What it does
Copy the Best Traders on Hyperliquid Copies proven traders, picked in the Monthly Report or by address, onto your own account.
Copy Your Own Hyperliquid Accounts Mirrors one of your Hyperliquid accounts onto another, at its own size, with stops and take profits copied.
Get Notifications From Top Traders' Moves Sends a Telegram message each time a trader you copy opens, cuts or closes a position.
Copy Traders on Tokenized Stocks Copies trades on Hyperliquid's stock, index and commodity perps (HIP-3 xyz markets).
Replace Signal Groups With On-Chain Trades Copies a trader's real positions instead of calls posted in a chat.
Let Your AI Agent Copy Trade on Hyperliquid Agent First. An agent with its own wallet signs up, copies, pays and stops through the API or MCP, with no human step.
Let Your AI Assistant Run Your Copy Trading Agent First. You keep your USDC in MetaMask; your AI assistant follows and manages your copies with a code you give it from your Profile. It can never withdraw or pay.
Let Your Agent React to Leaders in Real Time Agent First. Your agent gets each leader move and each copy as it happens on a WebSocket, and can act on them: hedge elsewhere, pause, close, log.
Copy Your Accounts Across DEXs Soon. Keeps your accounts on several DEXs in sync.
Earn Funding With a Hedged Position Across DEXs Soon. Holds a long on one DEX and the same short on another, so price moves cancel out and you keep the funding difference.

Every use case runs on the same setup: connect MetaMask, choose an exposure level and a leader, sign one trading key. Linking Telegram is optional, for alerts on your phone. See the Quick Start. An AI agent does the same through the API.

What WakeTrades Is Not For

  • Price arbitrage between DEXs. Copies follow a few seconds after the leader; price gaps between exchanges close in milliseconds.
  • Copying arbitrage traders. Their other leg sits on another exchange: copying only their Hyperliquid side leaves you with an unhedged position.

WakeTrades copies trades and gives no advice. Statistics come from public Hyperliquid data. Copying can lose money.
